The junior 206 is a complete long motor package that is supplied with recoil starter, fuel pump, carburettor with longer carb slide & rpm limited pvl ignition that has a limiter that is pre set at 4100 rpm. The Briggs & Stratton model 12 local 206 is equipped with PVL ignition & billet flywheel & can be upgraded to a local 206 or animal for higher RPM.Air cleaner & fuel line not included
