Replacement clutch drum outside hub  circlip to suit Noram GE series clutches. The  circlip fit both #35 P & #219 P clutch drums. YOU ARE BUYING THE C CLIP ONLY AS THE GE DOES NOT HAVE AN EXTERNAL WASHER.
